Shipping Information:
ALERT: DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19, SHIPPING CARRIES ARE EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES WHICH MAY CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.
Please make sure your email address and ALL billing/shipping information are correct. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and are normally shipped within 2-3 business days. These guidelines apply only to stock on hand. If a part is not in stock, you will be contacted at the phone number or email provided on the order.
We ship out Monday - Friday only. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Unless otherwise requested, we ship all orders via USPS or via FEDEX Ground. Deliveries normally take from 1-9 days once they leave our facility. You will be notified once the order has been shipped via email notification with tracking information. Please note, delivery times are only estimates.

All orders are calculated automatically by weight using our Shipping Calculator on our website during checkout. Some of our products listed on our website are oversize and not within the Shipping Calculator's weight capacity. This may cause the shipping cost to be calculated incorrectly. Due to this issue, once your order is placed, we will contact you via email or by phone to provide a price quote before the order is shipped.
Cancellations:
We try to accommodate our customer as best as we can, but in certain cases where you need to cancel an order, Lucky 7 Racing reserves the right to assess a 20% cancellation fee for orders that are cancelled or returned to sender. Please email us at info@lucky7racing.net if you have a problem with your order, or need to change the order.
Returns:
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise with no exception. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original sealed packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, modified, scratched or defaced will be allowed. Returns must be insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.
It is also the customer's responsibility to repack the item(s) that are being returned and make sure that it is properly and securely packed with sufficient packaging material to prevent the item from being damaged in transit. We cannot give credit or refund on a returned package that got damaged due to insufficient packing. All hardware & accessories included in the original package needs to be returned or the customer will be charged. All returned items needs to be insured (in case of lost or damaged) and we recommend the customer to get a tracking number to track the shipment.
